Leipzig Airport Railway Station

The Leipzig Railway Station roof keeps airport passengers protected unobtrusively.

The Leipzig Halle Airport Railway Station is a striking visual accent to the Leipzig Halle airport. It features a broad open tensile membrane roofing structure spanning two platforms. The design protects commuters and tourists from rain and direct sunlight. It has an opening between both platforms and can withstand the pressures of a rapidly approaching train or heavy rainfall.
